Biography & Background
As a trial lawyer for our firm’s personal injury and civil litigation department, Josh Autry helps victims obtain substantial settlements for their injuries. Josh has successfully filed lawsuits on behalf of persons injured by police brutality, medical malpractice and drunk driving. Josh also handles significant commercial litigation for businesses, assisting local businesses in recovering their losses from breach of contract and fraud.
Josh has consistently defeated motions to dismiss clients’ lawsuits at summary judgment. Josh has achieved significant settlements for his clients, but he has never been afraid to go to trial to vindicate his clients’ rights. Josh has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, having tried thirteen cases to jury verdict.
Josh is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as before the Second Circuit and Third Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals. He is an active member of the American Association of Justice and a member of the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.
